Costuming for "Newsies"

I was a costume design assistant for a local production of "Newsies" by CYT Nashville. I helped to sew 4-5 vests with a sewing machine. The photos show my process in thrifting fabric and using a pattern to turn the fabric into wearable pieces. I also thrifted full clothing pieces for actors in the ensemble that were assigned to me.
